Shipping & Availability
The shipping times of items at Cosmic Fire is indicated below. This is only an estimate and NOT A GUARANTEE, but it is a good indicator of when you can expect your order to be shipped (not delivered). Cosmic Fire makes every effort to fulfill all orders placed. If for any reason we cannot fill an order we will notify the customer via e-mail.
Please note that in the case of multiple items, Cosmic Fire may ship products as they become available. Consequently, your order may be shipped to you in a number of pieces. Orders of this nature are only charged ONCE for shipping, regardless of the number of separate shipments sent.
Below is a brief explanation of what you can expect:
USUALLY SHIPS WITHIN 2 – 3 WORKING DAYS: We make every attempt to ensure that we have all stock on hand in sufficient quantities to meet regular demand, for this reason we will usually ship your order within 48 – 72 hours of it being placed.
IMPORTANT NOTE:If an item becomes UNAVAILABLE or shipment is delayed due to restocking, we will contact you by e-mail.
Delivery
Postage prices are calculated according to the Australia Post rates. These prices are clearly detailed in our shop and are automatically calculated by the PayPal Shopping Cart.
We utilise the services of Australia Post for all our deliveries and we can only indicate estimated time frames for delivery, once a product is shipped. Below is a guideline to estimated (NOT GUARANTEED) delivery times:
- Within Australia: 3 – 7 days
International orders can be expected within 15- 21 business days after shipping from Australia Post depending on the postal service in the country of delivery. Below is a guideline to estimated (NOT GUARANTEED) delivery times:
- USA: 7 – 15 days
- UK/Europe: 7 – 15 days
- Asia/Pacific: 7 – 30 days
Australia Post will be the primary carrier. Please note – Cosmic Fire cannot take responsibility for any delays caused by Australia Post.
Please see our returns policy in regards to postage and handling costs. Cosmic Fire is not responsible for the postage and handling costs for returns, unless the product is faulty. Postage and handling is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Payment Methods
The Cosmic Fire online shop uses The PayPal Service which allows you securely, conveniently, and cost effectively to make your payments.
If you do not wish to use the online PayPal Service you can:

- Phone and place your order during Australia Business Hours on +422 254015.
- If you are in Australia you can make a direct deposit into a nominated bank account. If you wish to do this, please email us at [email protected] and we will forward the bank details.
Taxes and Duties
Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST) is not included in the recommended retail price of products for International markets when placing their orders.
We are required to place a Customs Declaration on all goods shipped to customers outside Australia. The declaration will disclose the correct monetary value of the content.
For customers receiving goods outside Australia, import duties and/or taxes may be levied by the local country’s authorities. These duties cannot reasonably be ascertained by Zenki Healthy Living when purchasing goods on our website. Therefore the recipient of the goods is responsible for paying these duties to the local country’s authority.
Zenki Healthy Living Warranty
We are proud of the quality of our products and we offer a one year manufacturer’s warranty. This does not cover general wear and tear, such as scratches and dents, nor does it cover freezer damage.
Zenki Healthy Living Warranty Return/Replacement
If you purchased your Zenki product from a retailer, we suggest you return it to the retailer for your convenience. If you purchased your Zenki directly from us, we will replace it for you, or a merchandise credit will be issued if the product is no longer available.

The following information will help us process your warranty claim. Expect to hear back from us within 2-3 business days after receiving your request. Warranty claims require a Web Order Number, a 6 or 7 digit number which can be found on the original invoice or on the email received when placing the original order. Bold fields are required. Privacy and Security
At Cosmic Fire, we are committed to your privacy. This means that we do not distribute, rent or sell any of your personal information. We may share non-personal, non-individual information to our partners in aggregate form for research analysis. For example, we will not show that you purchased a specific item but rather, how many customers purchased that item.
When you browse through our site, we collect information on the efficiency and working of our Web site. This information includes the number of times a web page is accessed, the browser used, and paths taken when moving through the Web site. Any information that we collect from you will be used to improve and personalize your shopping experience. All information is stored in a secure manner.
Lost / Damaged Products
If you receive any product that is damaged, contact us by clicking HERE. You will need to return the product to us at your cost by posting it to:

Once we have received your damaged product, we will send you a replacement, as soon as possible. All replacement items will be shipped back to you at our cost.
NOTE:
- We will only replace your damaged product, with another product of the same type.
- We only offer product replacement, which means we do not give refunds or credits.
Back Orders
If your product is lost during shipment, we will do our best to replace your product as soon as possible. In order to confirm that an order has been lost, we must wait until the maximum delivery time has expired before replacing your product.
From time to time, a product you ordered may not be available. If this is the case, your order will be shipped out separately at no extra charge to the customer.
Returns and Cancellations
Returns
Should you receive an incorrect or faulty product please contact us to discuss it. An incorrect choice or unwanted gifts may not be refunded or exchanged. Once you have received confirmation of the return, simply mail the product/s back to us and we can arrange an exchange to be made. Please return your product/s to the following address:
Note: Postage charges will only be refunded in the case that the error was at the fault of Cosmic Fire.
Generally, sellers do not have to give refunds, credit or exchanges if consumers:
- Simply change their minds, decide they do not like the goods or have no use for them
- Have discovered they can buy the goods for less elsewhere
- Examined the goods before buying and ought to have seen any obvious fault
- Had the defect drawn to their attention before buying (e.g. when the goods were labeled as seconds and faults were clearly marked), or
- Damaged the good by unreasonable or unintended use
Cancellations
Your order can be changed or cancelled at any time before your order is sent. We can only cancel orders that have not been shipped. If you order has not been shipped we will arrange for the changes to be made, including any extra payment or refunds and dispatch your new order.
